The staff knew our circumstances for being there unexpectedly for a week and went out of their way to accommodate us with easy access for dog walking. We felt cared for and watched after in a time of high stress You have a really nice dog exercise area! Thank you!

The pool looked very inviting but we were unable to use due to time constraints, Service was wonderful, all the staff we encounter were great. Our problem was our room was next to a side entrance and we heard the door slam every time someone went out or came in. But on the whole the room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the Broadway is excellent. They always send an email confirming our coming and we go there because our dog also comes. Breakfast is more than adequate.

Great hotel to stay at. I liked that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel, very convenient, and great food. The room felt homey, and the bed was perfect to get a great night's sleep. All the amenities were in the room, or just down the hall.

Location is great. Staff was very attentive. Our TV service was not working. The gal at the front desk tried to reset the system and offered to move us to another room. It was actually a Spectrum issue and was eventually resolved. After we got back to Helena, realized we had left a pillow in the room. They put it away for us so a family member could pick it up. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the workout facilities. Many places have equipment but it doesn't work. This was great. The room was nice. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but there was instant oatmeal for something hot.

The staff were amazing. Front staff. Cleaning staff. Everyone! Comfy. The cute bartender was nice too. Lol. Tiny casino(I'm from Canada) was cool. A good experience overall. I recommend. Oh and even though this is not 5 star..... I'm so happy it had a seat height toilet. Most others have a toddler height toilet! Ugh!!

Wonderful breakfast and lots of options. all day Coffee option was definitely a plus. Staff was VERY nice. The grounds are well kept.

The front desk staff were super amazing. Made our check in very easy and helped us set up the playpen for my granddaughter. Our beds were super comfortable.

It was absolutely beautiful. Smelling the flowers in the property was worth the cost of a night stay. I’ve never saw roses that beautiful. The beds were comfy, the staff was nice and the breakfast was A+

Check in no Drama, room very comfortable, good bed everything worked, breakfast good, free. free ice and hot water. Staff very helpful and pleasant. bus at the door free and every 15 min or a 15 min stroll into Missoula. The Jefferson /Grey bus station opposite side of Road
